This law is a nationwide patient protection act which dictates that controlled substances be prescribed only after an in-person visit has been conducted. These laws are in place to protect patient safety, ensure appropriate supervision and monitoring of vital signs, response to medication, substance testing, and physical assessment. My patient’s safety and well-being is my top priority. As such we observe state and federal prescribing laws and guidelines regarding controlled substances. WE DO NOT PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES VIA TELEHEALTH. We also do not offer in person visits as this is a telehealth-only practice. Non-stimulant medications for ADHD are offered. For panic disorders, non-addictive and non-controlled anti-anxiolytics are offered.

When you create a patient profile in the Jane telehealth app through our scheduling platform, you will be directed to upload copies of your insurance card. our benefits team can them verify your insurance ahead of an appointment.
