New Patient Evaluation

Includes full health history and mental health assessment + diagnosis, med management, and short psychotherapy session. Approximately 1 hour visit required.

Follow-up Visit

Evaluation of current treatment plan and response, medication management, psychotherapy. Approximately 30 minutes.
